ABOUT NUDE-ERCISE
I started Nude-ercise in 2016 because I love being naked and I love exercising.
To me, it makes sense to do both things together.
I pride myself on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, whether you have been a social naturist for years and years, or if you have never been nude in public before.
You will find there is no judgement of your body, your fitness level or your lifestyle for the time you are working out with us.
I aim to make each session an opportunity to make friends and to have fun, as well as getting your heart rate up and your muscles working.
It’s wonderful when people, who have never been to a gym or an exercise class before, come to my sessions and realize that when they can get fit nude, this becomes something they love.
If you can embrace your naked body and accept it as it is, while keeping yourself fit and healthy, what could be better?


WHAT IS NUDE-ERCISE?
Exercising with like-minded individuals, as nature intended.
Each session lasts 1 hour and includes a warm up and cool down and stretch.
The sessions are designed to be challenging, but fun. Every session is different, but is likely to include team games and friendly competitions, exercises using small pieces of equipment and plenty of sweat and smiles!

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a regular with your work-outs or a complete beginner to exercise. Modifications will always be made to allow everyone to take part at their own pace.

DO I HAVE TO BE NAKED?
The sessions are ‘clothing optional’. You may wish to wear a pair of trainers or a sports bra if this makes things more comfortable.
The sessions are not for spectators. If it is suspected that someone is attending for ulterior motives, they will be asked to leave.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A towel or item to sit on when using the mats, a bottle of water and a pair of trainers if you wish to use them. Other than that, a positive attitude towards nudity and a willingness to get a bit sweaty is all that is required !

WHAT IF I BECOME AROUSED?
This is a common concern if you have not spent much time in a naturist environment, but you will soon see your concerns are unfounded. If this were to happen, please be discreet and focus on the exercises until this passes.
The sessions are a non-sexual environment and sexual behaviour will not be tolerated. If your behaviour were seen to be inappropriate you would be asked to leave.

I also offer one to one Personal Training in a private environment where I will tailor a fitness program specific to your goals and requirements.
